About the Project
Cozy Cat Suites offers a specialized boarding experience designed entirely around cats, with private themed suites alongside professional grooming services. Working from a provided design, our role was to develop the website and bring that experience to life on the web.
An existing online booking system handled boarding reservations, but the business needed a website that could do more than process a booking. We built a custom website that gave Cozy Cat Suites room to present the full experience — introducing the suites, explaining services, answering common questions, sharing updates, and helping customers understand what to expect before making contact or booking a stay.
The reservation system remained part of the experience where it made sense, while the website became the larger home for the business around it.

Each suite has its own page where customers can get a clear sense of what they're choosing before making a reservation. Photography and descriptions introduce the space, while pricing, additional-cat fees, deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and other practical details are presented clearly alongside it.
Rather than relying on the booking interface to present all of that information, the website brings it together in a way that's easier to understand and more representative of the experience Cozy Cat Suites provides. When someone is ready to book, the existing reservation system is still there to handle the transaction — but the website has already helped them understand their options and decide what feels right.
